Yet another post about what we ate for dinner. This is turning out to be a food blog! But we do enjoy eating and I like looking back over this blog to remind myself what we've eaten over the past few years. Besides, work occupies most of my emotional and mental energy during the week and I can't blog about work so... Last night, M made homemade miso soup with seaweed, tofu and spring onions. He served it with sushi rice topped with Japanese soup sprinkles and with pickled ginger.
