... to remember for such a short trip: locate passports, insurance numbers, dollar notes, plug adaptor, Lonely Planet and Dorling Kindersley guide books, Time Out's NYC food guide, a couple of Time Out NYC magazines, a novel, a notebook and pen; charge camera batteries, clear credit card balance to start over again, collect new supply of contact lenses, do laundry, clean house for mother-in-law who will be staying over while we're away, tidy away things we don't want mother-in-law to see (!), change bed covers, pack enough clothes for 4 days though not too much as we want to shop shop shop, drop keys off with M's sister...
Two more days and we'll be in NYC again. Hurrah!

I need advice on putting pictures up on my blog. Your long weekend on is the perfect example of what I have been trying utterly hopelessly with Picasa. Maybe you can mail me some tips or drop me a comment on where I am going oh so wrong? After your holiday though - have a genius trip in NewYorkNewYork.
