Spent a wonderful evening at home with friends where, as usual, we put the world to rights. I cooked a Moroccan spread:
- Vegetable tagine
- Split pea soup with spiced butter
- Couscous with toasted flaked almonds and parsley
- Pistachio and saffron ice cream
